One-stop Service & Management System
Civic and Municipal Affairs Bureau (IACM) was the largest government department among all departments of Macau Government. In order to simplify its public services and improve the service quality for all Macau residents, IACM confirmed to setup a One-stop Service Center for the goal in 2004. Mega was appointed to develop the sophisticated One-stop Management System to cater all IACM public services provided in the center. The system included Call Center features, Service Booking Management, Resident Queuing Management and Service Application Handling throughout 40 service counters that offered over 106 public services.
