One-stop Service & Management System
As the newly established department to handle and manage all transportation related services, Transport Bureau granted the project to Mega for setting up the One-stop Service System to centralize and simplify the application of services for the residents. The system included Call Center features, Service Booking Management, Resident Queuing Management and Service Application Handling for total 27 service counters that offered over 36 public services.
