Account Manager (Ref. No.: AM01/2010) & Account Executives (Ref. No.: AE01/2008)

Duties:

  • Responsible to sell MEGA’s IT Solution to our customers
  • Cope with customers’ needs & propose the right IT solution
  • Conduct sales calls, develop new customers to maximize the potential market
  • Prepare proposals and conduct sales presentations
  • Achieve assigned sales quota

Requirement:

  • Degree holder in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or related discipline
  • Minimum 3-4 years sales experience in the IT industry with proven track record (For Account Manager only)
  • Strong computer skills and ability to interact professionally with IT technical people
  • Good communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Able to work independently
  • Proactive, aggressive, mature with excellent communication and presentation skills


System and Network Support Engineer (Ref No.: SE01/2010)

Duties:

  • Provide end-user technical support
  • Server and Network Set-up and Software Installation
  • System Support and trouble-shooting

Requirement:

  • Higher Diploma/Degree holder of Computer Science or related disciplines
  • Knowledge and experience in Redhat Linux, Apache, Web Server , FTP server and Email Server, FTP server and Email Server, hands-on experience in Window 2000/2003 Server , Cisco Switch / Router / PIX
  • Knowledge of 3Com. CheckPoint , ISA .NetScreen ,Solaris and Lan/Wan
  • Good communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese


IT Support (Ref No.: IE01/2010)

Duties:

  • To provide end-user technical support
  • PC and Basic Network Set-up, Software Installation and Structure Cabling System installation
  • Regular Site Support for Clients

Requirement:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in general IT support, experience in supporting Networking, Win 2000, XP networking
  • Knowledge of hardware & software

Software Engineer (Ref No.: SE02/2010)

Duty:

  • Provide Software Development & Software support services to our customers

Requirements:

  • Degree holder/Higher Diploma of Computer Science, Information Systems or relevant discipline
  • Experience in Software development & technical support is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Win98, 2000, XP, Windows 2000/2003 server; Linux, UNIX, Oracle usage and administration is an advantage
  • Knowledge in Java, JSP, J2EE, HTML; PKI is preferable
  • Initiative, self-motivated, well disciplined, hardworking and sense of responsibility
  • Excellent problem solving and interpersonal skill
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese, ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage
  • Holders of motorcycle driving license is preferable

Software System Support (Ref No.: SS01/2010)

Duty:

  • To provide high quality software support services to our customers

Requirements:

  • Diploma/F5 graduated with minimum 2 years of working experience in relevant field
  • Knowledge of Win98, 2000, XP, 2000/2003 server, Linux usage and administration
  • Knowledge language of PHP, ASP, JSP; MS-SQL is an advantage
  • Initiative, self-motivated, well disciplined, hardworking and sense of responsibility
  • Excellent problems solving and interpersonal skills
