June 6, 2025  — Mega was invited to attend The Critical Information Infrastructure Cyber Security Symposium to Explore the Future of Cybersecurity, co-hosted by the Macao Science Center and Qi An Xin. The forum brought together cybersecurity experts and scholars from multiple countries to engage in in-depth discussions on topics such as the application of artificial intelligence in combating cybercrime and strategies for protecting critical infrastructure.

Mega will continue to closely follow global cybersecurity trends and actively participate in international dialogue, contributing to the creation of a safer digital future.

The “Mega Forum 2025 – Cyber Security Defense & AI Exploration” hosted by MEGA, was held on 8 May 2025 at Artyzen Grand Lapa Macau. On the day of the forum, Mega invited professional and authoritative personnel from Beijing, many cybersecurity leaders and technical professionals from Macau’s government departments and local leisure and entertainment enterprises participated in the forum.

We also invited two major technology companies, Alibaba Cloud and Huawei, to introduce AI intelligent applications and network security protection solutions to provide security measures for Macau’s smart government affairs and smart city blueprint. Participants actively interacted, shared experiences and insights, and the response was enthusiastic.

MEGA’s Sales Director Andy Loi said that such activities will continue to be held in the future to promote the popularization of network security awareness and network security knowledge and improve Macau’s overall network security protection capabilities.

At the Fortinet Partner Kick Off event held on March 12, Mega is deeply honored and grateful to have received the “TOP Macau Security Fabric Partner 2024” award, thanks to the dedicated efforts of our team. This prestigious recognition is a strong affirmation and encouragement of our outstanding performance in the field of cybersecurity.

On September 26, 2024, the “HPE Storage x MEGA Roadshow Training Workshop”, hosted by MEGA and Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) and co-organized by Ingram, was successfully held at the Artyzen Hotel Macau. The event offered an in-depth exploration of the latest storage management technology—HPE Alletra Storage.

The successful workshop not only showcased the powerful capabilities of HPE Alletra Storage but also provided a valuable platform for learning and professional exchange among industry participants.

The “2024 China Cybersecurity Week” was held across the country from September 9 to 15. In Macau, CARIC (網絡安全事故預警及應急中心) and Personal Data Protection Bureau jointly hosted the “2024 China Cybersecurity Week – Macau Local Sub-Forum” at the World Trade Center Macau on September 11 and 12.

Mr. Andy Loi, Sales Director of Mega Datatech Limited, attended the forum as the company’s representative. He delivered a speech on cybersecurity technologies and latest development trends, sharing valuable insights and successful experiences. Mega Datatech is committed to promoting innovation and application in cybersecurity technologies.

The forum invited representatives from relevant institutions and cybersecurity enterprises from Macau, Mainland China, and the Hong Kong SAR to share various topics related to cybersecurity and personal data protection with key infrastructure operators in Macau. In response to the national initiative, Mega Datatech Limited is honored to participate in this forum.

On May 30, 2024, MEGA successfully hosted the “MEGA Forum 2024” at the Chinnery Ballroom of the Artyzen Hotel Macau. The forum brought together information technology managers from various government departments, along with 16 system suppliers, network security suppliers and intelligent technology application solution providers from Mainland China.

The event aimed to strengthen technological exchange and cooperation between Macau and the Mainland. Guests engaged in in-depth discussions and shared insights on a wide range of topics. Attendees also had the opportunity to experience innovative products firsthand, fostering lively interaction and communication throughout the day.

The forum continued to serve as a vital bridge for introducing high-quality technology products and solutions to Macau, contributing to the sustainable development of the Macao’s technology industry.

MEGA held the [MEGA Forum 2023] on May 19, 2023, at the Vista of MGM Macau. Manufacturers and enterprises introduced various technology products and services for exchange, explored emerging technology trends and products, and allowed customers to experience their uniqueness. On the day of the forum, the content of the speeches was well received by the guests, and the interaction between the guests and manufacturers was enthusiastic.

 

Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin, MEGA launched a new company as “Zhuhai Wan Xun Tong Smart Technology Information Co., Ltd.”

In order to cooperate with the national planning of the Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin, MEGA established “Zhuhai Wan Xun Tong Smart Technology Information Co., Ltd.” on May 13, 2022 with a simple and grand opening ceremony to officially launch the Guangdong-Macao Shenzhen Cooperation Zone. The company’s technology development business provides integrated circuit systems, artificial intelligence application system software development, operation and maintenance support services, introduction of electronic innovation technology, network security system monitoring and other services, in line with the development of enterprises in Guangdong and Macao, and provides diversified professional services.
